Armory District House

This three family historic district home was almost completely destroyed by a fire and subsequent water damage. We used the rebuild as an opportunity to improve upon the layout and flow in each unit, and expanded the third floor for more usable space. What were formerly poorly planned room adjacencies became much more functional and beautiful spaces.
